Property ManagerAbout the Role

BCL Properties is a commercial / industrial property management company managing a real estate portfolio for over 300 tenants. We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our team on a full time basis.

Based out of our Toronto office, the Property Manager will oversee an assigned portfolio of commercial properties and work closely with tenants, vendors, contractors, and the BCL team to ensure properties are well maintained and operating smoothly.

The portfolio includes properties in both Toronto and London, Ontario, and the successful candidate must be comfortable travelling between properties as required.

What You'll Do

- Manage the day-to-day operations of an assigned portfolio of commercial properties.
- Maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, contractors, and property owners.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections, and service requests.
- Oversee vendors and contractors to ensure work is completed efficiently and to appropriate standards.
- Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance or operational requirements.
- Respond to tenant concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Review and approve invoices and monitor property-related expenses.




- Support budgets, reporting, lease administration, and other property management activities.
- Ensure properties are maintained in accordance with lease requirements and applicable standards.
- Work collaboratively with the BCL team and provide updates on property activities and outstanding issues.

What You'll Bring
- Significant experience in commercial property management.
- Strong knowledge of building operations, maintenance, vendors, and tenant relations.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Professional, practical, and hands-on approach.
- Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Willingness and ability to travel between Toronto and London, Ontario as required.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
