Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate and align executive schedules effectively • Organize meetings and maintain up-to-date briefing materials • Manage logistics, finances,
and records diligently • Assist executives and staff with relevant queries • Navigate decisions based on APS priorities
Requirements: • High school diploma with four years relevant experience • Solid understanding of public sector finance • Experience supporting executive or senior leadership • Excellent communication and initiative-taking abilities • Proven organizational skills in fast-paced environments
