First National seeks a QA Engineer to focus on AI-enabled mortgage workflows. In this full time position, you'll ensure high-quality user experiences through rigorous testing processes. In this role, you’ll be responsible for executing a comprehensive testing strategy across multiple environments, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.

You will maintain detailed documentation of manual and automated tests, as well as participate in UAT and release readiness. By incorporating data-driven insights, you will validate business workflows and contribute to operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:

- Define testing strategies for functional and end-to-end scenarios
- Collaborate on converting requirements into actionable test cases




- Execute manual and automated tests for various applications
- Manage and enhance automated testing frameworks
- Communicate quality risks and findings to relevant teams Requirements:
- Degree in computer science or similar field
- 5+ years in QA and test automation
- Experience in testing web applications and APIs
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
