You will lead preventive measures, collaborate with the management team, and guide Quality Specialists. Your expertise will ensure that systems and processes minimize risks associated with non-conformities and enhance client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

- Enhance Quality Management System (QMS) design and management
- Create frameworks for quality planning on projects
- Ensure quality support processes across sectors
- Manage and nurture the expertise of Quality Specialists
- Support quality-related documentation for clients Requirements:
- Engineering or Quality Management degree;

certifications are an asset

- Minimum 10 years in quality management systems
- Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements
- 3 years’ experience managing teams
- Proficient communication in French and English Lead quality initiatives and foster team development at CIMA+.
