Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, caring, and flexible Early Childhood Supply Educator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide support across classrooms as needed, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about early childhood education and can adapt quickly to different age groups and classroom routines.

Some of the Job Responsibilities:

- Provide coverage for regular educators during absences, breaks, vacations, and professional development days.
- Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
- Implement age-appropriate activities that support children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Assist with daily routines, including meals, toileting, rest periods, and transitions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
- Support positive behavior guidance strategies and encourage children's independence.
- Communicate effectively with staff, children, and families in a professional manner.
- Follow all licensing regulations, health and safety policies, and organizational procedures.
- Observe and document children's development when required.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) preferred.
- Registered with the College of Early Childhood Educators (if applicable).
- Current Standard First Aid and CPR Certification.
- Vulnerable Sector Check completed within the required timeframe.




- Knowledge of child development and early learning frameworks.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with children from infancy to school age.
