Job Summary

We are seeking a Health Care Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This role involves assisting customers with their purchases, handling transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Process sales transactions accurately using a Point of Sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Provide information about products, promotions, and store policies
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Utilize phone etiquette when answering customer calls
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Requirements

- Experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively




- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues
- Fluency in English is required
