Brightside is growing and seeking a highly skilled and motivated Red Seal Electrician to join our dynamic team. As a licensed qualified, you will play a vital role in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems across various projects. Your expertise will ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with all electrical codes and standards.

Duties

- Interpret and work from detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute electrical installations and repairs accurately.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot complex electrical systems, including low voltage wiring.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete electrical tasks on construction sites or renovation projects.
- Read and understand schematics related to industrial electrical systems, ensuring proper wiring and component placement.
- Perform routine inspections of electrical systems to identify issues, perform repairs, or upgrades as needed.
- Implement safety protocols during all phases of electrical work,



adhering strictly to industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with project teams, including contractors and other tradespeople, to coordinate installation schedules and ensure seamless project execution.

Experience

- Valid Red Seal certification as an Electrician with proven experience in residential and commercial settings or large-scale construction projects.
- Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Strong background in using hand tools, power tools, and other electrical equipment efficiently and safely.
- Previous involvement in renovation projects or construction environments that require adaptability and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices for residential and commercial electricians.
- Additional handyman experience or general construction skills are considered an asset for versatile project support.
