At Urban Centre Dental, we elevate community wellness in Fort Saskatchewan and the surrounding area.

We are a well-established, full-service general dental practice focused on patient-centered care. We unite people, service, and tailored treatments to deliver exceptional experiences—and we are looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team.

Your Schedule

This is a full-time, 32-hour-per-week position with a consistent four-day schedule:

Tuesday–Thursday: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM

Friday: 7:30 AM–3:00 PM

Patients begin at 8:00 AM The time before the first patient provides an prospect to prepare for the day and participate in team training and collaboration.

A Hygiene Program Designed to Support You

We believe hygienists do their best work when they have the time, tools, resources, and support to provide excellent patient care.

As part of our hygiene team, you will have:

- Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) integrated into our hygiene program
- Your own instruments
- Appointments scheduled according to individual patient needs
- Supportive dentists and an experienced clinical team
- A team of fellow hygienists to collaborate and learn with
- Local anesthetic experience is considered an asset

We value clinical excellence while recognizing that every patient is different. Our goal is to give our hygienists the support they need to provide thoughtful, individualized care rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

Our entire team meets every Tuesday for 90 minutes of dedicated training and development. This time is used for continuing education, clinical calibration, team development, new technology and systems,
