Job Summary

We are looking for a caring and professional Registered Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team! Schedule

- Flexible hours available - we will work with you to create a schedule that fits!
- Office hours are Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

About the Role

- Perform all aspects of clinical preventative hygiene services; including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatment to patients.
- Take X-rays, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, preventive care, and treatment options tailored to their needs.
- Assist in diagnosing periodontal issues and provide supportive care for patients with various dental conditions.
- Maintain detailed patient records using Dentrix,



documenting procedures and treatment plans clearly.
- Establish and retain patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on the patients' expectations, while consistently maintaining ethical and professional behaviour.
- Collaborate with dentists, and other team members, to support excellent patient outcomes.

About You

- Registered Dental Hygienist, in positive standing, with the College of Dental Hygienists of PEI (or eligible to obtain registration)
- Dental Hygiene diploma or degree
- Valid CPR certification
