Performance Integrated Health is an integrated multi-disciplinary clinic located in South Surrey, in the Grandview Heights/Morgan Crossing area. We are leading professionals in our field, and our goal is to use our integrated health model to get the body back to its optimal health in the shortest amount of time, so our patients can return the sports and activities, and lives they love.

With our recent expansion to a brand new practice space, we now have more office space to offer, and are looking for RMT'S who want to grow (or start) their RMT practice.

We are looking for Registered Massage Therapists (new grads welcome) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for promoting health and wellness through therapeutic massage techniques, and keen interest in an integrated approach to health care in a large, multi-disciplinary clinic.

About Performance Integrated Health:

- Multidisciplinary clinic located in the Grandview area of South Surrey with a mission to provide exceptional integrated health care.
- Our team of highly skilled healthcare professionals work together to provide the best patient experience. Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, Naturopathic Doctors, Acupuncturists, and RMTs working together as a collaborative team.
- We offer you full administrative & billing support with a full time team of Allied Health Medical Office Assistant's. We supply everything: massage tables, linens, and all supplies so you can focus on providing exceptional patient care.




- Therapists are offered 1:1’s with the heads of each of our departments to kickstart working relationships to encourage in-clinic referrals based on your specific skills and interests.
- We offer our therapists 1:1 support from our Allied Health MOA’S in the first months of practice to assist you in building your practice by assisting with patient follow up's and recalls for treatment plan recommendations.
- We believe in the talent of our practitioners and are dedicated to assisting them in developing their practice.
- We offer flexible schedule options, with hours available between 7:00AM-8:00PM Monday-Thursday, 7:00AM-6:00PM Fridays, and 8:00AM-4:00PM on Saturdays. We are currently closed Sunday's and most statutory holidays.

Duties of an RMT at Performance Integrated Health:

- Perform professional, quality registered massage therapy treatments
- Customize sessions based on individual client needs
- Maintain cleanliness of the treatment rooms and common areas
- Educate their patients on the benefits of their treatment, & applicable homecare while incorporating an integrated treatment plan approach as needed
- Keep accurate client records, ensuring charts are entered in a timely manner
- Be committed to your patient(s) care,



and have a strong commitment to attendance and reliability
- Be skilled in various types of treatments and conditions
- Enjoy working with a team of health care professionals including Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, Acupuncturists, Naturopathic Doctors and Aesthetic Nurse.
- Be willing to learn, upgrade and enhance their skillset

Required Skills:

- Certification as a Registered Massage Therapist in British Columbia
- Proficiency in the Registered Massage Therapy field
- Reliability and a strong commitment to patient care
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- General knowledge in JaneApp for purposes of charting & scheduling
- Strong administrative skills in order to produce efficient reports and charting to support treatment plan requests for patients requiring ongoing ICBC-MVA related care
- Great time management skills
