Founding Team Opportunity | Join the Growth of Health Station

Health Station Naturopathic Clinic is expanding its multidisciplinary services, and we are looking for a Registered Massage Therapist to join our founding team.

This is an opportunity for an RMT who wants to build a rewarding practice in a professional healthcare environment while maintaining their clinical independence.

We are not simply looking to fill a treatment room. We are looking for the right practitioner to grow with Health Station and become an integral part of our expanding multidisciplinary model.

ABOUT HEALTH STATION

Health Station Naturopathic Clinic is a modern, patient-centred healthcare clinic in South London, Ontario.

Our naturopathic practice focuses on individualized, evidence-informed care and supports patients across a range of health and wellness needs.

As we grow, we are expanding our services and developing relationships with complementary healthcare professionals to create a more comprehensive patient-care environment.

Our vision is to build a clinic where qualified practitioners can work independently while benefiting from appropriate collaboration, professional infrastructure, and opportunities for patient referrals.

THE CHANCE

We are seeking an RMT who is motivated to establish or expand their practice within Health Station.

The successful practitioner will have the opportunity to:

- Establish and grow their own patient base
- Work from a professional clinical environment
- Benefit from potential internal referrals
- Collaborate appropriately with naturopathic and other healthcare professionals
- Participating in clinic marketing and community outreach opportunities
- Build a long-term professional relationship with Health Station
- Help shape the development of our multidisciplinary services

TWO FLEXIBLE PRACTICE MODELS

We are open to discussing the arrangement that best suits the practitioner.

1. Independent Room Rental

Operate your own RMT practice from a professional treatment room within Health Station under an agreed rental arrangement.





This option is ideal for an established RMT who already has a patient base or wants maximum independence.

2. Clinic-Supported Revenue-Sharing

Build your practice within Health Station through a mutually agreed revenue-sharing arrangement.

Depending on the final arrangement, Health Station can provide selected administrative, booking, reception, billing, marketing, and clinic infrastructure support.

This option may be particularly attractive to an RMT who wants to improve their practice without taking on the full burden of establishing a standalone location.

We are open to discussing the appropriate structure based on the practitioner's experience, schedule, patient base, and desired level of clinic support.

COLLABORATIVE CARE

Health Station is developing a multidisciplinary environment designed to support patients through appropriate collaboration among healthcare professionals.

Potential areas of collaboration may include:

- Musculoskeletal concerns
- Chronic pain
- Sports and activity-related concerns
- Stress and relaxation
- Women's health and midlife wellness
- Healthy aging
- Lifestyle and wellness
- Recovery and functional well-being





All practitioners remain responsible for practicing within their professional scope, regulatory requirements, and individual clinical judgment.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an RMT who is:

- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Professional and patient-centred
- Reliable and motivated
- An excellent communicator
- Comfortable working independently
- Interested in building a sustainable practice
- Open to appropriate multidisciplinary collaboration
- Interested in contributing to the growth of a developing clinic

Additional training or experience in areas such as sports massage, prenatal massage, lymphatic techniques, cupping, or other relevant approaches is an asset, but not required.

New graduates with a strong professional foundation are also welcome to apply.
