Duties

- Assist veterinarians during examinations, surgeries, and diagnostic procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Collect and process laboratory samples, perform tests, and interpret results to aid in accurate diagnoses.
- Prepare animals for procedures by administering medications, setting up equipment, and providing anesthesia support.
- Maintain detailed medical records, update patient histories, and document treatment plans accurately.




- Educate pet owners on post-treatment care, medication administration, and preventive health strategies.

Requirements

- Valid license or certification as a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) or equivalent credential.
- Proven laboratory experience with proficiency in diagnostic testing and sample handling.
- Strong understanding of animal anatomy, physiology, and common medical procedures.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and educate clients.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
