Rex.zone is hiring a mid-senior healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) generalist to support end-to-end revenue cycle workflows while contributing to QA evaluation, SOP compliance, and training-data quality for automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end RCM tasks across eligibility verification, claims submission/corrections, denials, and payment posting
- Investigate claim rejections/denials, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate appeals/corrective actions
- Support patient billing workflows including statements, adjustments, refunds, and escalations
- Coordinate claim status and remittance insights via payer portals and clearinghouses
- Perform QA evaluation against SOPs, payer rules, and compliance checklists; maintain audit readiness
- Document workflows using SOPs, templates, and checklists to improve operational consistency
- Contribute to operational reporting (A/R aging, denial trends, accuracy,



turnaround time)

Required Qualifications

- Mid-senior experience across multiple RCM functions (end-to-end exposure)
- Strong understanding of claims lifecycle and EOB/ERA interpretation
- Experience working in EMR/EHR systems and payer portals with high attention to detail
- Ability to follow strict SOPs with version control and audit-ready documentation
- Excellent written communication for escalation notes and QA feedback

Work Model Fully remote role intended for candidates located in Canada; full time schedule aligned to North American business hours depending on assignment. Secure handling of PHI/PII is required.

Compensation Hourly base pay range: $30–$50 (HOURLY), based on scope and experience.
