Renovation Carpenter / Specialist

Responsibilities

- Site preparation and demolition
- Framing and subfloors
- Installing insulation and vapour barrier
- Drywall installation and finishing
- Door, trim, and finish carpentry
- Communicate daily project goals and progress
- Maintaining clean, organized, and qualified job sites at all times
- Load and unload material deliveries and ensure accuracy
- Adhering to all health and safety requirements
- Working with quality materials and high-end finishes
- Work professionally alongside other trades, vendors, clients, and team members
- Represent Bespoke Contracting with professionalism in every client interaction

Requirements

- Minimum of three years of experience in residential renovations
- Proven experience working demolition, framing, insulation, drywall,



and finishing carpentry
- College or technical training in Building Construction, Building Renovation, or a related program is an asset
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, trades, vendors, and coworkers
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to precision
- Reliable transportation
- Own tools and required safety equipment
- Fluent in English

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement

- Burlington, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:
- carpentry: 3 years (preferred)
- renovation: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
