At Paradisaic, we build high-end custom renovations for homeowners who have trusted us with their biggest investment. We're not a volume shop. We're a tight, skilled crew that takes pride in doing things right the first time - and we're looking for someone who wants to be part of that.

This is a helper role, but don't mistake that for entry-level thinking. The person we're looking for is hungry. You want to be on job sites where the standard is high, where you're learning every single day, and where the work you do actually means something to the family living in that home.

What you'll be doing: supporting our renovation specialists on active project sites across Eastern GTA, assisting with demolition, framing, drywall, flooring, trim, tile, and general carpentry tasks, keeping job sites clean, organized, and professional, and taking direction well while also thinking ahead so you're useful before you're asked.

What you bring: one to three years of hands-on experience in residential renovation or carpentry, a strong work ethic and a great attitude, your own vehicle and a valid driver's license, a smartphone for communication and job management,



and the ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in variable site conditions. You communicate respectfully with clients and teammates and you take pride in the quality of your work.
