We are a bilingual, subsidized daycare situated at 567 Jarry Ouest Park Extension and are seeking a replacement educator who will replace full-time educators when they are on sick leave and vacation. The work hours will be from 0 to 40 hours per week, depending on the needs.
A dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Teacher to create a nurturing and engaging learning workplace for children aged 3 months to 5 years. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster developmental growth through innovative teaching methods. This role involves working closely with children, supporting their social, emotional, and cognitive development while adhering to educational standards and safety protocols.
Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development in early childhood
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and social interaction
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom at all times
Education:
AEC or DEC in Early childhood education.
Pay: $21.23-$34.44 per hour
