WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a Representative, Member &Commercial; Services to join our team at our Support Office.

This isan in-person full-time position working 40 hours per week in Saanichton,BC. This role provides excellent service and administrativesupport to our members and commercial account holders while supporting accountadministration, billing, payments, Home Heating orders, and other financial andoperational processes.

Our ideal candidate is

- Experienced in customer service, accountsreceivable, member/customer accounts, or credit and collections, with at least1 year of related experience - Familiar with point-of-sale systems, invoicing, payment processing,accounts receivable procedures, and/or electronic billing systems - Accurate and detail-oriented, with strong dataentry and record management skills - Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularlyExcel, and able to learn accounting and billing software - A high school graduate; post-secondary educationin accounting, business, or a related field is considered an asset - Approachable, professional, and committed toproviding excellent member and customer service - Organized and able to manage multiplepriorities, deadlines,



and follow-up requirements - A strong communicator who works collaborativelywith others and recognizes when more complex issues should be escalated WHAT YOU’LL DO - Respond to inquiries related to Membership andCommercial accounts - Maintain accurate membership and accountinformation, documentation, and records - Review Home Heating orders and help coordinatedeliveries - Promote Home Heating, Cardlock, and Commercialservices to members and account holders - Process payments, prepare bank deposits, andhelp resolve payment discrepanciesSupport invoicing, accounts receivable,reconciliations, inventory audits, and month-end processes - Provide administrative support including dataentry, filing, document organization, records management, and correspondence - Coordinate gift card and charge card orderingand distribution - Support compliance audits, special projects, andother accounting and membership-related activities as required WHAT WE OFFER In addition to a wage range of $21.32 – $26.65 per hourwith the starting wage based on experience, we offer a great advantages packagethat includes:
