Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Research Engineer to join our cutting-edge development team. In this role, you will lead efforts in designing, testing, and optimizing complex flow chemistry problem, leveraging your expertise in process integration, design and troubleshooting. Your work will directly contribute to advancing technological solutions for continuous chemical manufacturing using flow chemistry .

Duties

- Conduct comprehensive research and development activities focused on chemical synthesis using flow chemistry.
- Knowledge in chemical analysis, specifically HPLC can be an asset.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment comprising chemist, analyst and programmer.
- Manage projects by planning timelines, coordinating cross-disciplinary teams, and ensuring milestones are met efficiently.




- Design experiments in laboratory settings to test prototypes, gather performance data, and validate system functionality.

Skills
- Strong foundation in chemical/mechanical engineering or equivalent with hands-on laboratory experience.
- Experience with system design, project management, and manufacturing processes within engineering contexts.
- Excellent data collection skills combined with analytical capabilities for interpreting complex datasets.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately; strong math skills supporting system modeling and analysis.
