Job Summary

Our client is seeking a skilled Research Scientist / STEM Researcher to conduct research, analyze scientific or technical data, develop cutting-edge solutions, and contribute to research and development projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct research, experiments, and technical investigations in the relevant STEM field.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret scientific or technical data.
- Develop research methodologies, models, prototypes, or technical solutions.
- Prepare technical reports, research papers, presentations, and documentation.
- Use appropriate laboratory, engineering, statistical, or computational tools.
- Collaborate with researchers, engineers, scientists, and other technical professionals.
- Identify technical challenges and contribute to innovative solutions.




- Maintain accurate research records and ensure compliance with applicable standards and procedures.
- Support research projects from planning and development through implementation and reporting.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 2–5+ years of relevant research or technical experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
- Proficiency with relevant technical, laboratory, statistical, or computational tools.
- Ability to analyze complex information and communicate findings clearly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Candidates must meet applicable Canadian employment and professional requirements.
