Building Manager Couple – Residential Live-In

Location: Kelowna B.C.

Position Type: Full-Time | Live-In

Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 annually plus discounted rent in 1 Bedroom apartment

We are seeking a professional, organized, and resident-focused Building Manager couple to join our Kelowna team. This is a hands-on, live-in position supporting the day-to-day operations of a new 200 unit building in the Capri area of Kelowna.

The Building Managers will be the primary on-site contact for residents, condominium owners, contractors, prospective tenants, and property management.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional and timely assistance to residents and condominium owners.

First-line problem solving to manage tenant issues and build relations;

Respond to building emergencies, enforce the rules and regulations of the property;

Conduct routine building walkthroughs and monitor common areas, cleanliness, safety, and general building conditions.

Receive, document, and coordinate maintenance and service requests.

Schedule and coordinate approved contractors and vendors, including providing building and suite access.

Follow up on outstanding maintenance issues and provide updates to management and residents.

Manage electronic key/fob and building access systems.

Conduct showings of vacant apartment suites and assist with move-in/move-out coordination.

Maintain accurate records of work orders, contractor visits, access devices, incidents, and showings.

Provide regular updates to the Property Manager regarding outstanding issues and building operations.

Escalate matters requiring management, ownership, or condominium board direction.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in residential property management, building operations, facilities, or a related customer-service role preferred.





Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Ability to prioritize multiple requests and follow through to completion.

Comfortable coordinating contractors and service providers.

Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, and work-order systems.

Professional, dependable, approachable, and able to work independently.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
