CLEANER: FULLTIME POSITION

SerCo Realty Group is looking for a reliable and detailed-oriented Cleaner to join our growing property management team. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and basic functionality of residential and commercial properties.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is proactive in identifying maintenance needs, and can keep our properties in excellent condition.

· Maintaining grounds, common areas in clean and orderly condition.

· Cleaning building floors (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming)

· Servicing, cleaning and supplying restrooms with required toiletries

· Cleaning and maintaining vacant apartments/units

· Performing daily inspections in all common areas

· Exterior lawn maintenance

· Winter shoveling and salting





· Respond to requests from property manager as needed

Requirements:

· 2 years of general cleaning and maintenance experience considered an asset

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

· Solid organizational and time management skills

· Ability to maintain focus while working individually

· Valid “G” license with drivers abstract

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $39,018.00-$59,633.00 per year
