Lovely Home Cleaning is looking for experienced residential cleaners to provide cleaning services for customers in Hamilton and surrounding communities.

This is an independent contractor opportunity. Cleaning Professionals set their own availability and may accept or decline cleaning opportunities offered to them.

Compensation

- 45% of the cleaning-service revenue for completed jobs
- Keep 100% of customer tips
- Compensation varies by job based on the size and scope of the cleaning

What Lovely provides Lovely handles customer marketing, quoting, booking, payment processing and customer communication.

Cleaning Professionals receive the details required for each accepted cleaning through our booking platform.

We're looking for cleaners who are

- Experienced in residential cleaning
- Dependable and professional
- Detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently in customers' homes
- Friendly and respectful with customers
- Able to communicate reliably regarding accepted bookings

Requirements
- Previous paid residential cleaning experience
- Reliable transportation




- Smartphone
- Your own ordinary cleaning supplies and equipment
- Professional references
- Ability to complete a background check
- Ability to travel to customer homes within our service area

Experience cleaning premium or high-end homes is an asset.

Service area

Customer homes are located throughout:
- Hamilton
- Dundas
- Ancaster
- Waterdown
- Burlington

There is no central workplace. Cleaning services are performed at customer homes.
