This position plays an important role in keeping our residential communities clean, safe, welcoming, and well maintained for our residents and prospective tenants. Key Responsibilities

As part of our property operations team, your responsibilities will include:

- Cleaning and maintaining building common areas on a daily basis
- Ensuring entrances, hallways, stairwells, laundry rooms, and other shared spaces are kept clean and presentable
- Cleaning vacant apartments as part of the unit turnover process
- Identifying and reporting maintenance concerns, damage, or deficiencies
- Cleaning work areas following maintenance and repair work and removing debris as required
- Assisting with minor property maintenance duties, including changing light bulbs, replenishing supplies, and litter collection
- Assisting with keeping building entrances clean and safe during inclement weather, including mopping wet or slippery areas
- Safely handling and using cleaning products in accordance with WHMIS requirements
- Assisting with garbage and recycling duties as required
- Delivering resident notices and documents, including rent reminder notices, lease renewal documents, and other property-related correspondence
- Providing courteous and professional assistance to residents when required




- Participating in special projects and additional property-related duties as assigned by the supervisor
