Join our dynamic team as a Restaurant Merchant Onboarding Coordinator, where you will be the driving force behind welcoming new restaurant partners and ensuring their seamless integration into our platform. This energetic role offers the opportunity to manage multiple onboarding projects, foster strong customer relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional onboarding experience. Your expertise will help expand our network of restaurant merchants, fueling growth and success for both our partners and our organization.

Responsibilities

- Set up restaurants, menus, hours and listing information.
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new restaurant partners, from initial contact through activation, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, finance, and technical teams to coordinate onboarding activities and resolve any issues promptly.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables using project management tools to ensure all onboarding milestones are met on schedule.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the onboarding journey.
- Analyze onboarding data and feedback to identify areas for process improvement, enhancing efficiency and partner satisfaction.
- Utilize Salesforce and other SaaS (Software as a Service) platforms to track progress, update records, and generate reports on onboarding metrics.
- Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure transparency, alignment,



and successful onboarding outcomes.

Requirements

- Proven experience in project management, account management, or customer relationship management within a SaaS or financial services environment.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights to improve processes.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools is highly desirable.
- Experience in sales or marketing functions is a plus, especially related to merchant or restaurant partnerships.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship building.
