Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, food prep stations, and service areas in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist in food handling, preparation, and serving to ensure quality and presentation standards are met




- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently while providing personalized guest service

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous
- Ability to handle food safely, including proper sanitation and food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for order accuracy, billing, and cash handling purposes
- Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is beneficial but not required
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks in a busy environment
