Overview

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and create a welcoming environment for all patrons. This role offers an opportunity to develop hospitality skills and grow within the food service industry. Previous restaurant experience is preferred, along with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Handle cash, process payments accurately, and manage cashiering responsibilities
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Assist in food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed during busy periods
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout shifts




- Address guest inquiries promptly and resolve any issues professionally to ensure guest satisfaction

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Solid time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor
- Experience in food industry roles including serving, cashiering, or guest services is advantageous
- Kitchen experience or food preparation knowledge can be beneficial but is not mandatory
