Do you love fabric, crafts, and helping customers find the perfect supplies for their next project? We’re looking for friendly, energetic full-time and part time Fabric Customer Service Associates to join our family-owned retail team.

What you’ll do:

- Assist customers with fabric, yarn, craft supplies, and project selections
- Maintain the Yarn Department
- Measure and cut fabric accurately
- Price merchandise and keep displays organized and attractive
- Provide friendly, efficient checkout service
- Help keep our unique, treasure-hunt-style store tidy and welcoming

What we’re looking for:

- Yarn/Knitting/Fabric knowledge is required
- A friendly, helpful, and customer-focused attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to work in a busy retail environment
- Availability for a flexible retail schedule
