Turn Customer Conversations Into Great Retail Experiences

We’re looking for a Retail Sales Associate to support customers, explain products and services, and help create a professional and welcoming retail experience.

You’ll spend your day speaking with customers, understanding what they’re looking for, providing useful information, and supporting the wider retail team with day-to-day sales activity.

Day to Day

- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Answer questions and explain product features, options, and processes
- Support customers throughout the purchasing process
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information
- Assist with product displays and keep customer areas organized
- Process routine sales transactions and customer requests
- Follow up on customer inquiries when required
- Support promotional activities and retail campaigns
- Work with team members to maintain an organized customer experience
- Help monitor stock levels and communicate product requirements
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary





What’s Important You’ll need strong communication skills, a friendly and professional approach, attention to detail, and confidence speaking with different types of customers. You should be comfortable learning about products and services and working toward providing a positive customer experience.

Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service, hospitality, cashiering, or another customer-facing role is useful, although training on our products, systems, and processes will be provided.

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, comfortable working with customers, able to manage multiple requests, and willing to take ownership of their responsibilities.

Working Week

Monday to Friday

8:30am–5:00pm

Full-time, permanent

On-site in Vancouver, BC
