Maximizer is seeking an CS Operations & Onboarding Specialist to drive RevOps improvements and manage customer onboarding from kickoff to go-live. You will own renewals and CSM tasks for smaller accounts and serve as the first line of support for the Renewals and Customer Success inbox.
You will coordinate with Sales, CS, Skilled Services and Partners to keep onboarding on schedule, build plans, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
