Risk Analyst/Manager

We are seeking an experienced Risk Analyst/Manager to support the IT Risk team in maintaining IT risk, compliance, and governance frameworks. The role focuses on monitoring, reporting, data consolidation, issue tracking, and providing accurate risk information to senior leadership for informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Risk Monitoring & Reporting

- Support the Senior Manager – IT Risk and IT Risk team in ensuring adherence to IT Risk and compliance frameworks.
- Compile and analyze weekly IT Key Risk Indicator (KRI) data and identify trends.
- Consolidate compliance and risk reporting data across IT Risk functional areas.
- Prepare weekly Senior Leadership Team (SLT) reporting packages covering KRI updates, compliance status, and key metrics.
- Monitor IT environments including Server TSS, Database Compliance, IAM, DAP, and NPIDs.
- Track and report on production readiness, Disaster Recovery (DR) testing status, and SSL certificate currency.
- Generate monthly compliance trend and variance analysis reports.
- Produce ad-hoc reports and data extracts based on management requirements.
- Maintain compliance tracking spreadsheets, dashboards, and reporting repositories.

Risk & Compliance Management

- Support the overall IT Risk and compliance framework across technology applications.
- Track and maintain Risk Registers, RCSA, controls, findings, and issues.
- Support enhanced monitoring and assessment of key controls.
- Consolidate risk,



audit, and compliance data to support leadership decision-making.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of information across enterprise risk systems.
- Help promote a strong risk management and compliance culture across the technology organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience in IT Risk, IT Compliance, Risk Management, or Technology Governance.
- Strong experience with risk and compliance monitoring and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with KRI compilation, trend analysis, and management reporting.
- Experience tracking findings, issues, controls, and remediation activities.
- Knowledge of Risk Registers, RCSA, and control monitoring.
- Strong data consolidation, analysis, and reporting skills.
- Advanced Excel and dashboard/reporting capabilities.
- Solid attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work with senior leadership and cross-functional technology teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience within banking or financial services environments.
- Knowledge of IT audit, regulatory compliance, and technology risk frameworks.
- Familiarity with IAM, database compliance, disaster recovery, production readiness, and security controls.
- Experience working with enterprise risk management systems and reporting tools.
