We are looking for a caring and dependable RPN or nurse to support a client at home and in the community. This part-time role is a good fit for someone who enjoys building relationships and helping clients stay active. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

- Provide support to the client at home.
- Listen to the client’s concerns and communicate relevant updates to the care team.
- Accompany the client on outings, including trips to the gym.
- Observe the client’s movements and report any concerns.
- Assist with exercises as directed by the client’s care plan.
- Complete minor administrative tasks.

Requirements

- Access to a vehicle and ability to travel to the client in Kitchener.
- Willingness to accompany the client outdoors and to the gym.
- A compassionate, reliable, and professional approach.
