Responsibilities

- Prepare a variety of fresh salads and ingredients according to established recipes and standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients efficiently and safely
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salad station and kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations
- Serve customers promptly, ensuring their orders are accurate and presented attractively
- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure freshness




- Support the kitchen team during busy periods by assisting with meal preparation and other food service duties
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines throughout your shift

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices in the food industry
- Experience in meal preparation, cooking, or working in a kitchen environment is a plus
- Strong serving skills with a friendly, customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Basic understanding of food safety protocols and proper hygiene practices
