Sales Advisor

Location: Vancouver, BC, Canada

Compensation: Base + Commission

Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time. Monday–Friday

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Sales Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will help individuals, families, and business owners develop personalized strategies designed around their goals, priorities, and circumstances.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys building long-term client relationships and has a genuine interest in planning, understanding, and management.

Responsibilities

- Meet with clients to understand their goals, needs, and priorities.
- Develop and present personalized strategies and recommendations.
- Assist clients within the scope of your role and applicable regulations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Monitor client portfolios and financial plans and recommend adjustments when appropriate.
- Explain concepts, products, and strategies in a clear and understandable manner.
- Develop recent client relationships through networking, referrals, professional relationships, and other approved business-development activities.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals and members of the advisory team.





Qualifications

- Previous experience in Sales, Marketing, Management
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to establish trust and maintain professional client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with excellent organization and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
