Sales & Event Management Representative

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Sales & Event Management Representative to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in event management and sales, with a strong ability to build relationships with clients, identify opportunities, and help coordinate successful events.

Requirements

- Previous event management and sales experience is required
- Strong communication, sales, and customer-service skills
- Comfortable working with businesses, event planners, venues, and organizations
- Ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and close sales
- Organized, professional, and self-motivated
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
- Willingness to learn audio-visual equipment, services, and event technology
- Comfortable learning recent products and explaining them to customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work closely alongside the operational management team to ensure events are planned and executed successfully

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities




- Work with clients to understand their event and audio-visual needs
- Prepare quotes and assist with event planning
- Coordinate with the operational management team to ensure all event requirements are communicated and fulfilled
- Work collaboratively with the operations team from the initial sale through to event completion
- Learn our audio-visual equipment and services and confidently present options to clients
- Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing client relationships
- Help ensure clients receive a professional and positive experience from the first point of contact through the completion of their event

Experience in audio-visual sales is an asset, but not required. We are looking for someone with a strong sales and event-management background who is enthusiastic about learning the AV side of the business. Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
