West Coast Floral is seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our sales team. West Coast Floral is a family-run business with a strong team that prides itself on staying at the forefront of industry trends while providing a high level of customer service.

Our sales team works with a wide range of customers, from small florists and garden centres to some of the largest grocery retailers.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide customer service and general administrative support to the sales team
- Respond to customer emails and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Process orders and perform accurate data entry
- Assist with customer accounts and order-related requests
- Maintain accurate sales and customer information
- Provide support to the Key Account Manager and sales team as required
- Communicate with customers and internal departments to help ensure orders and requests are handled efficiently

Qualifications





- Previous experience in sales or customer service-related role
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with Microsoft Access is an asset
- Enjoys working in a team environment
- Strong customer service skills and a customer-first mentality
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience within the horticulture industry is an asset

Education

- Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration is preferred

Hours

- Full-time, 40 hours per week; Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

Compensation

- $30 - $35 per hour, depending on experience
