Summary

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs to recommend suitable vehicle options.
- Demonstrate vehicle features and perks to potential buyers.




- Assist customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to final paperwork.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Honda products and dealership promotions.
- Support merchandising efforts to ensure attractive vehicle displays.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed sales targets.
