Duties

- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation
- Demonstrate product features through interactive demos and detailed explanations to inform purchasing decisions
- Assist customers with product selection, upselling relevant items to maximize sales opportunities
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, transactions, and receipts
- Maintain attractive merchandising displays to highlight key products and promotions
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage time effectively to ensure all customer interactions are prompt and efficient while maintaining store organization

Requirements

- Multilingual skills or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base




- Previous experience in retail sales, technology sales, or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical products clearly and confidently
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and balancing registers
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and cash handling best practices
- Excellent organizational skills to manage product displays, stock levels, and store cleanliness
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods and lifting merchandise as needed
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
