Sales Coordinator – Sales Support & Customer Service

About The Role

We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and help keep day-to-day sales activities running smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating tasks, communicating with customers, and working in a collaborative workplace.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate sales activities, orders, and customer requests
- Prepare quotes, sales documents, reports, and presentations
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
- Enter and maintain accurate customer and sales information
- Track orders, deliveries, and order status
- Coordinate with sales, operations, logistics, and other internal teams
- Assist sales representatives with scheduling and administrative tasks
- Follow up on customer requests and outstanding orders
- Maintain organized records and sales documentation
- Support customer service and general sales administration

Qualifications

- Previous sales coordination,



customer service, or administrative experience is an asset
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and standard business software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
