E-Commerce Account Manager – Jewelry

Delmar, a family-owned e-commerce jewelry company with a track record of steady growth, is looking for a sharp, detail-driven merchandiser to help manage and grow our relationships with major U.S. retailers. If you love digging into data, spotting opportunities, and building strong client relationships — and you have an eye for beautiful jewelry — we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As an Account Manager, you'll own a portfolio of established retail accounts, acting as the trusted point of contact for everything from sales performance to product strategy. You'll dig into sales data to uncover trends and opportunities, pitch new product ideas, guide items through their full life cycle, and make sure every client interaction reflects the quality our partners expect. We'll give you the training and support to hit the ground running — but if you've already got experience in e-commerce or merchandising, you'll be ready to make an impact fast.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in merchandising or product management
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data




- Excellent computer skills, including solid proficiency in Excel
- Clear, confident communicator — written and verbal
- A self-starter who thrives on multitasking and taking initiative
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- A genuine passion for customer service
- Willingness to travel within Canada and the U.S.
- Fluent English, spoken and written

Nice to Have

- Experience in e-commerce
- Familiarity with the jewelry industry

Schedule Monday–Thursday, 9:00 am–6:00 pm (30-minute lunch); Fridays 9:00 am–2:00/3:00 pm depending on season. Occasional Sunday hours during holidays or peak periods.
