Sirco Machinery is the Haas Factory Outlet for eastern Canada. We sell, deliver, and service Haas CNC machines for manufacturers across Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada. We are an established company in a growth phase, and this is a newly created role with real ownership from day one.

Every machine we sell is a major investment for our customer. The experience between signing the order and making the first chips matters as much as the sale itself. Your job is to get each machine seamlessly from ordered to installed in the customer's facility.

This newly created role brings order preparation, machine tracking, delivery logistics, and payment follow-up together into one cohesive position with a single owner. You will be the person who knows where every machine is, what happens next, and who needs to hear about it. This is not a data entry job. It is for someone who likes running a process from start to finish and takes pride in nothing slipping.

What you will do

- Prepare order documentation and order acknowledgements when a sale is confirmed
- Track every machine on order, every day, and know exactly where each one stands
- Keep customers informed on status, ship dates, and delivery timing before they have to ask
- Coordinate freight and rigging from the factory to the customer's facility
- Follow up on customer payments and taxes through to final payment
- Work with leasing and financing companies so that deals fund on time
- Make sure tooling, accessories, and additional parts are ordered and arrive on time
- Keep Salesforce accurate so sales, service, and accounting always know where every order stands




- Flag problems early and bring solutions, not just updates

What we are looking for:
- 3+ years coordinating orders, shipments, or projects where multiple parties and deadlines were involved
- Logistics, freight, or order management experience is what matters most. A capital equipment or industrial background is nice to have, not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication. Customers should feel looked after every time they hear from you
- Extremely organized, with the discipline to follow up without being asked
- Comfortable with numbers: invoices, payment schedules, taxes
- Strong computer skills. Experience with Salesforce (or another CRM) and an ERP or accounting system is an asset
