- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services, utilizing upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring products are well-stocked and visually appealing
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and product rotation
- Support customers with basic technical questions related to products,



offering clear explanations and troubleshooting tips when necessary

Skills

- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with a diverse customer base
- Proven experience in retail sales , with a strong understanding of product features and benefits
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities
- Demonstrated ability to perform product demos confidently and persuasively
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory management
- Customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus for engaging a broader audience
- Experience with merchandising, POS systems, cashiering, and upselling techniques is preferred
