Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversations
- Demonstrate products effectively, including conducting product demos to showcase features and perks
- Upsell related products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, and basic math calculations accurately
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring product availability on shelves
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries,



resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Utilize strong communication skills to explain technical features clearly, especially during product demos or technical sales discussions
- Manage time efficiently to serve multiple customers throughout shifts while maintaining organized records of transactions

Experience

- Previous experience in retail sales, technology sales, or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Demonstrated ability to perform product demos and explain technical information clearly and confidently
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Experience with merchandising, POS systems, cashiering, or cash handling is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening capabilities
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions accurately and upselling products confidently

Pay: $25.69-$26.74 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
