Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping journey
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain features clearly to help customers make informed decisions
- Identify customer needs through active listening and suggest suitable products or services accordingly
- Perform upselling by recommending additional items or upgrades to enhance customer satisfaction and sales volume
- Manage cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, and basic math calculations accurately and efficiently
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked, clean, and appealing
- Utilize strong communication skills to answer questions, resolve concerns, and promote ongoing customer engagement
- Demonstrate proficiency in technology sales,



including explaining product specifications and technical features
- Support retail operations by adhering to store policies on cashiering, inventory management, and time management

Qualifications

- Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills（especially Mandarin）are highly desirable to connect with diverse customer groups
- Prior experience in retail sales, technology sales, or cashiering is preferred but not required—training will be provided
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate product benefits and technical details
- Customer service experience that demonstrates patience, empathy, and professionalism
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and performing simple calculations
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
- Knowledge of merchandising principles, POS systems, cash handling procedures, and phone etiquette is advantageous
- Ability to work flexible hours with excellent time management skills to meet sales goals and store needs
