Membership Sales Specialist – Base + Uncapped Commission

Are you a confident, driven salesperson who loves talking to people, building relationships, and closing deals?

F45 Training Ossington is looking for an experienced Membership Sales Specialist to join our growing team.

This is not a passive customer service or front-desk role. You will be responsible for turning leads and trial members into long-term F45 members and helping drive the growth of our studio.

Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

We offer a competitive base salary based on experience, plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses.

We are open to discussing compensation with the right candidate based on their sales experience, proven results, and ability to take ownership of the role.

What You'll Do

- Follow up with new leads by phone, text, and email
- Connect with people interested in trying F45
- Conduct consultations and studio tours
- Understand each person's goals, challenges, and motivations
- Recommend the right membership based on their needs
- Confidently present pricing and ask for the sale
- Follow up with trial members and convert them into memberships
- Re-engage past leads and former members
- Build genuine relationships with members and prospects
- Track leads, follow-ups, consultations, and sales in our CRM
- Consistently work toward weekly and monthly sales targets




- Help create an exceptional first experience for every new member

We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has proven sales experience — fitness, wellness, hospitality, retail, automotive, real estate, telecommunications, or similar
- Is comfortable making phone calls and following up consistently
- Is confident handling objections such as "I need to think about it," "It's too expensive," or "I need to talk to my partner"
- Is naturally outgoing and comfortable starting conversations
- Is competitive and motivated by goals
- Can confidently ask for the sale without being pushy
- Is organized and follows a sales process
- Takes ownership of their results
- Is coachable and wants to continuously improve
- Loves fitness and enjoys being part of a community
- Lives close o F45 Ossington
