Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Brampton, ON. In this position, you will engage customers in-store, understand their wireless needs, and recommend suitable plans, devices, and accessories from multiple carriers. You will handle product demonstrations, process activations and upgrades, and complete sales transactions accurately.

You will maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment while supporting promotional activities and meeting individual and store sales targets. The role also involves learning about new products and offers, providing after-sales support, and collaborating with team members to deliver a consistent,



high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

- Customer service and communication skills to actively listen, ask clarifying questions, and explain wireless solutions in a explicit, friendly manner.
- Retail sales and point-of-sale (POS) experience, including closing sales, handling cash and electronic payments, and meeting performance targets.
- Basic technical aptitude with smartphones, tablets, and wireless services, including the ability to set up devices, troubleshoot simple issues, and explain plan features.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive store culture.
- Time management and organizational skills to prioritize customer interactions, manage multiple tasks, and maintain store standards.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, move around the store, and occasionally lift or move products as part of regular retail operations.
- Previous experience in wireless, electronics, or retail environments is an asset but not required; a strong interest in mobile technology is highly beneficial.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on store needs.
