Role Description This is a contract, remote Salesperson role responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Cefa Embroidery’s client base. On a day-to-day basis, the Salesperson will identify and qualify prospects, conduct outreach via phone, email, and online channels, and present embroidery solutions tailored to client requirements. The role includes preparing quotes, following up on leads, negotiating pricing and terms within established guidelines, and managing the sales pipeline from initial contact through closing.

The Salesperson will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate specifications, timely order processing, and strong client satisfaction. Regular reporting on sales activities,



performance metrics, and market feedback is expected.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in prospecting, lead generation, and consultative selling, preferably in custom products or apparel.
- Experience managing a sales pipeline, including CRM use, follow-up scheduling, and sales reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging clients remotely and building long-term relationships.
- Ability to understand product details, customization options, and pricing structures to provide accurate quotes.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote contract setting.
- Basic proficiency with digital tools such as email, video conferencing, and office productivity software.
- Prior experience in B2B sales, promotional products, print, or embroidery is beneficial but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or sales training is an advantage.

Partime salesperson for embroidery business. You will be going to local construction company offices plumbing, hvac, and electrical etc . Have samples of apparel price sheet and willing to sell to them.

Go out every second Monday

Pay: 5% commision on total profit plus base pay to be discussed
