- We’re Finding Better Ways™ to deliver largest digital transformations and are looking for a SAP BASIS / S/4HANA Migration Specialist (RISE) to help move our ERP landscape to SAP S/4HANA safely and confidently.

Why this role?

- Own platform and setting readiness across S/4HANA, SAP RISE and BTP through formal test phases and cutover.
- Coordinate break-fix across customer, SI, SAP and cloud/network boundaries under tight programe timelines.

- Montreal location preferred. Also open to remote candidates in Toronto who would be open to travel to Montreal as needed.

Position description:

1.

- Demonstrated experience leading and managing technical teams on large-scale SAP S/4HANA deployment or enterprise transformation programes.
- Strong working knowledge across the SAP technical landscape — integration, BASIS/BTP, security and authorizations, and custom application development.
- Practical experience of test cycles and cutover — SIT, UAT, dress rehearsals and go-live — including defect management and release/transport governance.
- Experience owning third-party and vendor technical readiness, including connectivity, testing and cutover coordination.

2.

- Looking for a SAP Security & GRC Consultant (S/4HANA) to help move our ERP landscape to SAP S/4HANA safely and confidently.




- Provide SAP S/4HANA security and GRC consulting so SAP, BTP, vendor and support access is ready, controlled and evidenced for formal test and cutover gates. The role resolves access blockers and supports compliant security outcomes without slowing regional execution.
- Own regional triage of SAP, BTP and integration access issues during SIT, cutover rehearsal and hypercare.
- Validate critical user, vendor, SME and support access before planned test and cutover windows.
- Consult on role remediation, emergency access, GRC controls, access evidence and segregation-of-duties impact assessment.

3.

- SAP Integration Consultant – BTP / Integration Suite (CPI)
- SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI) delivery, interface readiness and technical coordination
- Programe context
- S/4HANA and BTP migration with high dependency on third party connectivity and support windows.

4.

- SAP deployment and cutover tracking, communications, action management and execution support Programe context
- S/4HANA and BTP migration supporting regional cutover command and hypercare transition.
- Working understanding of SAP, BTP, integration, testing, defect and cutover terminology.
- Must be bilingual (French & English). Additionally fluent in Spanish would be advantageous.

5.

- SAP ABAP experience and S/4HANA custom code remediation knowledge.
- SAP UI5/Fiori experience including OData and front end troubleshooting.
- Practical experience with SAP BTP extension concepts, services and deployment patterns.
- Experience under formal defect, release, transport and test governance.




- Must be bilingual (French & English). Additionally fluent in Spanish would be advantageous.

- Experience leading SAP S/4HANA technical cutover or command centre activity on large ERP programes.
- Strong understanding of SAP, BTP, integration, access, environment and third party dependencies.
- SAP Cutover Lead - SAP S/4HANA

Core accountabilities:

- Lead triage of S/4HANA, RISE, BTP, transport, job, performance and connectivity issues.
- Confirm environment readiness for SIT, UAT aligned assurance activities, cutover rehearsals and go live.
- Coordinate resolution across customer, SI, SAP and cloud/network support boundaries.
- Validate BTP services, destinations, certificates, connectivity and runtime dependencies.
- Contribute platform evidence, defect trends and risk commentary for readiness gates.

Key deliverables:

- Platform and environment readiness checklist.
- Regional break fix register for platform, BTP, connectivity, performance and transports.
- Technical cutover inputs for system availability, sequencing, validation and rollback considerations.
- BTP dependency tracker covering services, destinations, certificates and operational ownership.

Skills and experience:

- SAP BASIS experience across S/4HANA landscapes, transports, monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Practical BTP administration, connectivity and S/4HANA migration experience.
- Strong understanding of SAP RISE operating boundaries, migration responsibilities and escalation routes.
- Experience in high-pressure SIT, cutover and hypercare settings.

Success measures:

- Platform issues are triaged and escalated within the regional working day.
- Environment readiness evidence is current and usable for gate decisions.
- BTP and SAP platform blockers are resolved or escalated before they delay critical windows.

Note: French & English bilingual required for applicable roles. Spanish is an asset.
