SAP Cutover Lead – SAP S/4HANA

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced SAP Cutover Lead to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation. The successful candidate will lead regional technical cutover activities, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies and ensure a smooth transition through go-live and hypercare.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the regional SAP S/4HANA technical cutover plan and execution.
- Own cutover tasks, dependencies, readiness activities and execution status.
- Coordinate with SAP, BASIS, BTP, Security, Integration, QA, PMO, vendors and business teams.
- Manage cutover command-centre activities, issue triage, escalations and decision-making.
- Ensure readiness of environments, access, integrations, monitoring and technical support.
- Identify and manage cutover risks, issues, dependencies and recovery plans.
- Maintain cutover runbooks, readiness checklists and status updates.
- Coordinate go-live activities and provide transparent communication to stakeholders.




- Lead the transition from cutover into hypercare and stabilization.
- Ensure open issues, ownership, risks and support requirements are clearly documented during handover.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience leading SAP S/4HANA technical cutover or command-centre activities.
- Experience working on large-scale SAP/ERP transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA, BTP, integrations, environments, security/access and third-party dependencies.
- Strong experience in cutover planning, risk management, issue management and stakeholder coordination.
- Ability to make structured decisions and recommendations in a high-pressure go-live environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Fluency in both French and English is required.
- Spanish language skills would be an asset.

Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is an experienced SAP Cutover Lead / SAP Technical Project Lead / SAP Go-Live Lead who has successfully managed complex ERP cutovers and can coordinate multiple technical and business stakeholders through go-live and hypercare.
