- :
- 12+ years of IT experience with strong Finance, Accounting, Audit, and SAP expertise.

- Multiple SAP implementation projects, including at least one SAP S/4HANA implementation.

- Strong knowledge of SAP Finance, ITGC, SOX, COSO, and COBIT.

- Experience with SAP GRC, MetricStream, RSA Archer, ServiceNow, Jira, or similar tools.

- Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.

- Solid understanding of risk and control identification across SAP Finance processes.

- Prior project management and workshop facilitation experience.

Preferred

- CA, CIA, CPA, or CISA certification.

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.

- Experience in Finance transformation, controls optimization, and consulting.

- Willingness to work with offshore/onshore time-zone overlaps.
