Position- SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant

Location: Calgary, Canada – Onsite

Duration- 12 Months contract

- Lead the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM/EAM) solutions aligned with business and maintenance requirements.
- Configure SAP PM processes including technical objects, equipment, functional locations, maintenance plans, task lists, work centers, and maintenance strategies.
- Implement and support end-to-end maintenance processes covering notifications, work orders, planning, scheduling, execution, confirmation, settlement, and completion.
- Collaborate with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective SAP solutions.
- Configure and support preventive, corrective, predictive, and breakdown maintenance processes within SAP PM.




- Integrate SAP PM with related modules including MM, FICO, PS, SD, HCM, and EWM, as well as external systems where required.
- Develop functional specifications and work closely with technical teams on reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, workflows, and data migration.
- Support master data activities including equipment, functional locations, bills of material, task lists, maintenance plans, and measuring points/counters.
- Lead or support SIT, UAT, integration, regression, and production testing, including defect analysis and resolution.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot SAP PM issues, prepare documentation and user training, and contribute to continuous improvement and post-go-live stabilization.
